Exchange Details

Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do and what we don't accept. Please read carefully before making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

• If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. You need to send photos to us. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim missing products.
• You may send us an email at rayaclothingstudio@gmail.com for an acknowledgement and to receive address details for the exchange process.
• Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.
• Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. No requests will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and tags intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
• Please pack the courier neatly or it will not be accepted. You need to provide your details and order number in the package.
• We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer must send the item back for exchange. Shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• We don’t do exchanges for sarees.
• Sale products cannot be exchanged.

Refund Policy

Do we accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exceptions

• If we do not have your purchased item in the required size or the same exact item in case of any issue, we will provide a refund.

• Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the date of approval.
• In certain cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, which can take up to 15 working days.
• You will be notified via email/SMS regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

• Please check your bank account statement.
• Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
